For the Twelve Days of PhotoShop, I created projects for something sliced, pop icon into a sculpture, literal interpretations, bad mail, scrambled bodies and holiday mashup. I made all of them in PhotoShop. To create something sliced, I erased the inside of the slice of watermelon and I erased half of the pizza and fit it into the slice of watermelon. After I fit the pizza in I had to touch it up a little by switching the layers and erasing certain things to make it look more realistic. To create pop icon into a sculpture, I found a picture of Abraham Lincoln's statue. I also got a picture of Justin Bieber and I erased around his head. Then I put his head onto Lincoln's and changed the color of Justin Bieber's head. Then, to create literal interpretations, I made a butterfly. I erased the background on a stick of butter and I placed it on butterfly wings. To make bad mail, I found a picture of a bat with its wings spread and put it on a cardboard box. It was difficult to erase around the bat wings because there was a lot of detail in the picture. I put the box on a picture of someone's front porch. To create the scrambled bodies, I got a picture of a baby and I erased his arms. Then I got a picture of big black bird wings and I placed them on the baby. I had to erase a little bit around the baby's stomach though to make it look more realistic. After I made scrambled bodies, I made the holiday mashups. The holiday mashup was my favorite project. I got a picture of Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh and I drew white dots all over the picture to make it look like snow. Then I got some silver paint and made something that sort of looked like garland and drew it onto the tree type thing in the painting. Then, I got ornaments and erased the backgrounds of them and put them all over the tree. After that I got a picture of the shadow of Santa's sleigh. i erased the background and put it in the sky so it looked like he was flying.
